Customization Process
Start with component height and the finished-card stack-up
Before a customer PCBA enters a cold-pressed structure, confirm component height, antenna clearance, battery connection, button and sound openings, display window, edge sealing, and test points. These inputs define card thickness, prototype construction, and production fixtures.
Cold-pressed packaging
Use room-temperature potting, adhesive coverage, pressing, and edge sealing to protect sensitive parts and form a stable exterior.
Testing and shipment
Define pre-press tests, finished-product functional checks, RF and acoustic tests, plus project-specific protection and reliability items.
Information required for a PCBA cold-press review
PCBA size, component height, BOM, antenna position, battery specification, button and sound openings, display window, target thickness, finish, and volume determine feasibility and the prototype plan.
