Cold-Pressed Cards and FindMy Tracker OEM

Cold-pressed smart cards, card-style trackers, and luggage accessories require the right finding ecosystem, battery life, finish, acoustics, antenna clearance, and consistent production quality.

Yuli combines cold-pressed card manufacturing with multi-ecosystem tracker solutions for standard tracker cards, light-energy cards, tags, luggage labels, card-holder accessories, and embedded PCBAs supporting Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, and Samsung SmartThings Find.

Wallet cards

Cold-pressed tracker cards fit wallets, ID sleeves, and card holders, with focus on finished thickness, battery life, antenna, and buzzer.

Luggage products

For luggage tags, embedded bag products, and gifts, with emphasis on finish, waterproofing, acoustics, and the target finding ecosystem.

Embedded PCBA

For customer enclosures or finished devices, with focus on PCBA size, antenna, button/sound openings, and test points.

Product and Engineering

Sales market, product form, and phone ecosystem determine the cold-pressed card and hardware platform

Cold-pressed consumer cards, luggage labels, tags, and embedded PCBAs have different requirements for thickness, battery, buzzer output, buttons, antenna clearance, and protection. Products for iPhone, Android, or Samsung users also require different pairing, naming, platform onboarding, and testing. Yuli can supply FindMy hardware, cold-press manufacturing, or both as a finished card product.

Standard tracker card

Fits wallets and card holders, balancing thickness and battery life around the battery, buzzer, antenna, and card body.

Embedded PCBA

Fits an existing enclosure or device; confirm board outline, antenna, test points, button, and sound-port interfaces.

Battery-life conditions

The five-year-plus design target depends on the chipset, firmware, battery, advertising interval, buzzer use, and operating environment, and is verified on the finished product.

ODM/OEM planning covers market, structure, power, and production requirements

Share sales region, phone ecosystem, dimensions, industrial design, battery target, buzzer requirement, protection level, app or pairing needs, certification responsibility, and volume. Prototype validation covers power states, RF, acoustics, buttons, structure, drop, protection, and shipping. Ecosystem authorization follows platform and project documentation.
