Visual Payment Cards and Low-Power Information Cards

Financial payment projects focus on card thickness, NFC experience, e-paper display, secure modules, personalization, and batch consistency.

Yuli combines e-paper, NFC, secure chips, batteries, and cold-pressed structures into thin display cards for balance, dynamic codes, identity, account status, and low-power information display.

Display payment card

For balance, dynamic information, status fields, and security prompts, with focus on window, thickness, and consistency.

Identity card

For enterprise identity, membership credential, permission status, and low-frequency information updates.

Cold-pressed secure module

Place secure chip, battery, antenna, and display in a thin structure for protection, finish, and production.

Product and Engineering

Display, RF, and card structure must work with the issuing system

E-paper, secure silicon, the NFC antenna, battery, buttons, and display window jointly define card thickness and structure. Cold pressing packages these modules at room temperature to reduce heat exposure. Payment security, personalization, keys, and certification remain part of the customer’s issuing and compliance system.

Recommended product

E-paper smart card supports balance, status, code, or identity display defined by the host system.

Structure focus

Confirm display protection, NFC clearance, button travel, component height, and finished thickness.

Scope of supply

Yuli supplies the card structure and manufacturing process. The issuing party remains responsible for payment credentials, keys, personalization, certification, and issuing rules.

Prototype validation covers function, finish, and reliability.

Inputs include PCBA and component height, display area, target thickness, antenna drawing, button position, finish, and volume. Project-specific validation can cover display refresh, NFC/RF, buttons, standby current, bending, drop, abrasion, appearance, and dimensions.
