Customer Responsibility
Product design, mechanical structure, brand identity, target market, sales channels, commercial requirements, and agreed accounts or authorizations.
OEM / ODM Cooperation
The customer owns product design, mechanical structure, brand, and sales channels. Yuli works to the approved requirements and provides custom hardware, embedded firmware, certification support, pilot production, and card manufacturing.

Responsibility Split
Defining ownership of design, documents, ecosystem accounts, and deliverables reduces prototype loops and production changes. This is the baseline engagement model, with project-specific terms recorded in project documents.
Product design, mechanical structure, brand identity, target market, sales channels, commercial requirements, and agreed accounts or authorizations.
Custom hardware, component and power review, antenna and acoustic coordination, embedded firmware, low-power optimization, prototypes, and certification support.
Cold-press DFM, PCBA and module integration, room-temperature potting, cold pressing, pilot builds, finished-product tests, and card manufacturing.
Delivery Process
01
Confirm product and mechanical files, appearance, ecosystem, functions, volume, certification needs, and schedule.
02
Develop PCBA, battery, buzzer, button, antenna, and low-power firmware around the approved mechanical space.
03
Validate function, power, BLE/NFC, acoustics, buttons, thickness, appearance, and critical reliability requirements.
04
Prepare samples, revisions, and test material for ecosystem or regulatory testing and corrective work. Account and certificate ownership are agreed per project.
05
Check materials, process, fixtures, tests, appearance samples, and packaging; close pilot issues and freeze the release revision.
06
Manufacture, test, pack, and release cold-pressed cards against approved drawings, samples, BOM, firmware, and inspection requirements.
Cold-Pressed Card Manufacturing
Yuli cold-press manufacturing integrates PCBA, thin batteries, buzzers, buttons, e-paper, NFC/BLE antennas, biometric modules, and sensors. Selected projects can reduce early product-tooling investment, supporting prototypes, multiple finishes, pilot builds, and production launch.
| Core process | Module integration, room-temperature potting, aligned pressing, finished inspection |
|---|---|
| Integrated modules | PCBA, thin batteries, buzzers, buttons, e-paper, antennas, and sensors |
| Project stages | Functional prototypes, pilot builds, process validation, and production launch |
| Specification control | Thickness, ingress protection, battery life, RF, and reliability follow the product revision and agreed test conditions |
OEM / ODM Customization
The customer owns product, mechanical, brand, and channel decisions. Yuli implements the approved requirements through hardware, firmware, cold-press DFM, prototypes, and production launch.
Standard cards, e-paper cards, badges, flexible labels, tags, or embedded PCBAs, selected for the intended use.
Implement brand graphics, information areas, display windows, buttons, sound ports, indicators, antenna clearance, and coding positions.
Review length, width, thickness, corners, openings, mounting surface, and stack tolerances, with cold-press DFM updates.
Support card graphics, color variants, serials, QR codes or barcodes, and surface finishing matched to the face material.
Customize advertising and low-power strategy, button and buzzer logic, pairing, display refresh, sensor sampling, and agreed data interfaces.
Define unit protection, labels, accessories, carton quantity, lot identification, and outgoing sampling for the sales channel and shipping method.
Quotation and Schedule
Standard products, appearance customization, hardware revisions, and new PCBAs require different work. Yuli confirms quotation and schedule from document readiness, materials, functions, appearance variants, certification needs, prototype quantity, and production volume.
Product and mechanical files, functions, ecosystem, appearance, certification, quantity, and required delivery.
Component supply, hardware revision, firmware scope, prototype rounds, certification tests, pilot issues, and appearance variants.
Production is scheduled after drawings, BOM, firmware, samples, tests, packaging, and change rules are approved.
Project Assurance
Certification support, after-sales, RMA, and quality issues are not post-production add-ons. Responsibilities, evidence, and closure criteria should be agreed during quotation, prototype, and pilot stages.
Confirm ecosystem accounts, applicant and certificate holder, market, test revision, samples, and corrective responsibility.
