Engineering Priorities for Three Cold-Pressed Product Types

Tracker cards, smart badges, and flexible asset labels require different cold-press structures, wireless validation, and production controls.

Yuli tracker cards, light-energy cards, e-paper cards, smart badges, and Tags

01

Tracker card: integrating FindMy hardware into a thin body

A tracker card can be developed for Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, or Samsung SmartThings Find. Battery, buzzer, antenna, button, and component height are designed into one thin body, followed by PCBA power validation, stack-up, potting, pressing, and finished-device RF and acoustic tests.

02

Smart badge: display, identity, location

The display window, slot, NFC, radio, and cleaning requirements define the badge structure. E-paper and radio technology are selected from the wearing method, management platform, and location infrastructure, followed by on-site coverage testing.

03

Flexible label: mounting and maintenance

Curved surfaces, adhesive, impact, read distance, and maintenance vary by asset. The flexible structure is designed for the mounting surface, BLE or NFC is matched to the management system, and light input plus storage are modeled for energy harvesting.

Match the structure, validation plan, and production approach to the product form

Share product form, dimensions, functional modules, use case, validation needs, and volume. Yuli will define the structural approach, prototype scope, pilot plan, and production requirements.
