Flexible asset labels support logistics circulation, medical assets, enterprise equipment, and tool management, with project-specific BLE, NFC, light-energy harvesting, thin batteries, and flexible cold-pressed structures.
The customer defines the tracked asset, mounting method, coding rules, and management system. Yuli handles label electronics, antenna and power review, flexible structure, prototypes, pilot builds, and production testing. Mounting, bending, wear, range, and maintenance are validated for the actual environment.

Asset surface, bend radius, and maintenance cycle determine the label structure
Totes, medical equipment, tools, and fixed assets have different materials, usage frequency, and cleaning methods. Adhesive layer, thickness, antenna window, waterproof edge, and coding method must change accordingly. A flexible label typically combines face stock, a flexible circuit and antenna, a thin-film battery, adhesive, and a release liner. Final stack-up and component placement follow the mounting surface, bend radius, and operating environment.

Name the power source and integration process from the actual label design
A project may use a thin-film battery or another low-profile power source. Printed electronics and flexible hybrid electronics are different integration methods. Use the term printed battery only when the supplier specification confirms a printed-electrode process.
