Product / Flexible Asset Label

Thin tracking labels for logistics, healthcare, and enterprise assets.

Flexible asset labels suit logistics circulation, medical assets, fixed assets, tools, and equipment tracking, with BLE, NFC, light-energy harvesting, low-power strategy, and cold-pressed thin structures.

A useful asset label must satisfy mounting, bending, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, read range, batch coding, and maintenance requirements. Yuli designs the structure and production tests for the actual asset environment.

Product Structure

Asset surface, bend radius, and maintenance cycle determine the label structure

Totes, medical equipment, tools, and fixed assets have different materials, usage frequency, and cleaning methods. Adhesive layer, thickness, antenna window, waterproof edge, and coding method must change accordingly. A flexible label typically combines face stock, a flexible circuit and antenna, a thin-film battery, adhesive, and a release liner. Final stack-up and component placement follow the mounting surface, bend radius, and operating environment.

Formal Technical Terms

Use thin-film battery for the power source and printed or flexible hybrid electronics for the label integration process.

A thin-film battery describes the low-profile power source. Printed electronics or flexible hybrid electronics describes circuit, antenna, and component integration on a flexible substrate. The term printed battery applies only when the battery supplier specifies a printed-electrode process.

Battery termThin-film battery / ultra-thin primary thin-film battery, project dependent

Logistics circulation

For totes, pallets, shelves, and high-value goods, with focus on wear resistance, waterproofing, read range, and batch coding.

Medical assets

For equipment, consumables, care assets, and hospital circulation, with focus on cleaning, disinfection, mounting reliability, and information tracking.

Enterprise fixed assets

For tools, samples, equipment, and office assets, with focus on inventory efficiency, coding rules, tamper resistance, and maintenance cost.

Flexible asset label customization requirements

Confirm the asset material, mounting area, bend radius, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, communication range, light-energy requirement, coding rules, and expected volume.
