Logistics circulation
For totes, pallets, shelves, and high-value goods, with focus on wear resistance, waterproofing, read range, and batch coding.
Product / Flexible Asset Label
Flexible asset labels suit logistics circulation, medical assets, fixed assets, tools, and equipment tracking, with BLE, NFC, light-energy harvesting, low-power strategy, and cold-pressed thin structures.

Product Structure
Totes, medical equipment, tools, and fixed assets have different materials, usage frequency, and cleaning methods. Adhesive layer, thickness, antenna window, waterproof edge, and coding method must change accordingly. A flexible label typically combines face stock, a flexible circuit and antenna, a thin-film battery, adhesive, and a release liner. Final stack-up and component placement follow the mounting surface, bend radius, and operating environment.
Formal Technical Terms
A thin-film battery describes the low-profile power source. Printed electronics or flexible hybrid electronics describes circuit, antenna, and component integration on a flexible substrate. The term printed battery applies only when the battery supplier specifies a printed-electrode process.
