Cold-pressed card manufacturing is more than one pressing operation. Components, battery, antenna, acoustics, buttons, display windows, printing, and packing are controlled through drawings, process documents, inspection criteria, and lot records.

Yuli’s cold-press production floor covers pressing stations, pilot lines, inspection, and packing. Equipment configuration, test scope, and production scheduling are confirmed for each project.

Manufacturing Flow

Six controlled stages take a cold-pressed card from incoming material to shipment.

Incoming and Revision Check

Verify PCBA, battery, buzzer, display, face material, adhesive, and packing material by part, revision, and appearance.

Module Integration

Assemble PCBA, antenna, buttons, acoustics, power, e-paper, or sensors to the mechanical drawing and run basic function checks.

Room-Temperature Potting

Control adhesive preparation, coverage, alignment, and cure conditions around antenna, sound port, button, and display window.

Cold Pressing

Press the card with approved pressure, time, and tooling, then inspect thickness, flatness, edges, and windows.

Finished Inspection

Run project-defined visual, dimensional, power, BLE/NFC, acoustic, button, display, and reliability checks.

Packing and Shipment

Verify quantity, labels, serials, lots, and accessories against the approved pack specification, adding ESD, moisture, or cushioning protection as required.

Equipment and Inspection

Equipment is assigned to the product and acceptance criteria.

Pressing, alignment, tooling, and workstation equipment follow the card structure. Finished inspection can cover dimensions and thickness, power, RF, acoustics, buttons, display, and agreed reliability tests. Project inspection plans, equipment lists, and raw records are the controlling evidence.

ISO 9001

The quality management system covers production and sales of relevant cold-pressed card products.

The cold-press manufacturing factory holds ISO 9001 quality-management certification. A current certificate copy can be supplied for customer audits, tenders, or compliance files; the original certificate controls the number, exact scope, and validity.

Capacity and Delivery

Capacity is calculated from product structure, process, and test takt.

Standard cold-pressed cards, e-paper cards, badges, and flexible labels have different assembly, pressing, and test times. Yuli provides a project production and delivery plan from volume, appearance variants, material readiness, equipment time, test coverage, and packing method.
