Build FindMy tracking capability into a thin card.

The standard tracker card combines cold-press manufacturing with FindMy solution engineering for wallets, card holders, ID sleeves, luggage tags, branded gifts, and embedded tracker projects.

Yuli standard tracker cards integrate a BLE chipset, ultra-thin battery, buzzer, antenna, button, and cold-pressed card body. Hardware can be developed for Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, or Samsung SmartThings Find. The card is designed around a five-year-plus battery-life target and verified on the finished product.

Definition

It is not a simple Bluetooth card. It is a thin tracker product.

A standard tracker card must balance card thickness, antenna clearance, buzzer cavity, button feel, battery capacity, protective structure, and production tests. A single working feature does not guarantee a manufacturable product.

Engineering Stack

The internal stack defines the card.

Cold pressing allows PCBA, battery, buzzer, and antenna to fit within card thickness. Card thickness, buzzer cavity, antenna clearance, and surface finish jointly define the final stack-up.

01 Low-power platform

Chipset platform, coprocessor strategy, advertising behavior, and firmware state machine define daily power use. Project validation confirms final battery-life performance.

02 Cold-pressed structure

Top sheet, PCBA, battery, and bottom sheet form an integrated structure. Adhesive coverage, edge sealing, and local protrusions affect appearance and reliability.

03 Acoustics and antenna

Buzzer openings, card material, antenna clearance, and hand position affect sound and connection stability, so they are designed together with structure.

The standard tracker card fits wallet cards, ID sleeves, card holders, luggage tags, branded gifts, standard tags, and embedded tracker modules. If display is required, consider e-paper smart cards. If lower maintenance is critical, evaluate light-energy tracker cards.
