Custom Standard Tracker Cards with Cold-Press Manufacturing

A standard tracker card combines cold-pressed card manufacturing with FindMy engineering for branded card accessories, ID sleeves, luggage labels, gifts, and embedded tracker products.

The customer defines product form, mechanics, brand, and market. Yuli handles BLE hardware, low-power design, antenna and acoustics, certification support, prototypes, pilot builds, and cold-pressed card manufacturing for Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, or Samsung SmartThings Find projects. Five-year-plus is a qualified design target, not an unconditional specification.

Definition

A standard tracker card is engineered as a complete thin tracker

Card thickness, antenna clearance, buzzer cavity, button feel, battery capacity, and protection are reviewed together. The prototype moves to pilot production after finished-device validation.

Engineering Stack

The internal stack defines the card.

Cold pressing allows PCBA, battery, buzzer, and antenna to fit within card thickness. Card thickness, buzzer cavity, antenna clearance, and surface finish jointly define the final stack-up.

01 Low-power platform

Chipset platform, coprocessor strategy, advertising behavior, and firmware state machine define daily power use. Project validation confirms final battery-life performance.

02 Cold-pressed structure

Top sheet, PCBA, battery, and bottom sheet form an integrated structure. Adhesive coverage, edge sealing, and local protrusions affect appearance and reliability.

03 Acoustics and antenna

Buzzer openings, card material, antenna clearance, and hand position affect sound and connection stability, so they are designed together with structure.

Use Cases

Extend the hardware into cards, standard tags, luggage labels, or embedded modules

The same FindMy hardware capability can be adapted to a card, standard tag, ID-sleeve accessory, luggage label, or embedded module. Use an e-paper smart card when visible information is required, or evaluate a light-energy tracker when stable light exposure can reduce maintenance.
